Google又收到罚单了

比利时法院已经正式要求Google移去比利时主页上的新闻,并同时从Google的数据库删去.如果不在10天之内处理的话,将需支付1百万欧元/天.自发出此要求当天起,明天就是第10天了.下面是详情:

Order the defendant to withdraw the articles, photographs and graphicrepresentations of Belgian publishers of the French - andGerman-speaking daily press, represented by the plaintiff, from alltheir sites (Google News and “cache” Google or any other name within 10days of the notification of the intervening order, under penalty of adaily fine of 1,000,000.- € per day of delay.

另一有趣的附加条款就是:Google must publish “the entire intervening judgement” on the homepage of google.be and news.google.be for five days, or face an additional 500,000 Euro fine.目前还不清楚具体的原因是什么?如果有知道者,烦请跟帖共享.
